Pete McIntire, CEO of Scoops Lacrosse Franchising LLC, is a passionate advocate for the game of lacrosse and its transformative power in young lives. Growing up, Pete played a variety of sports, including hockey, tennis, and soccer, but lacrosse always had a special place in his heart, playing throughout his childhood and into college. However, his professional journey initially led him into the world of financial services after graduation.

It wasn't until he became a parent that Peter rediscovered his love for lacrosse and realized the profound impact the game had on his life. Inspired by the joy and sense of community the sport brought him, Pete embarked on a mission to share that experience with others, especially children.

Central to Pete's vision is the belief that great coaches can shape not only players' skills on the field but also their character and confidence off the field. Reflecting on the mentors who influenced him deeply, Pete is committed to providing top-notch coaching and mentorship to young athletes through Scoops Lacrosse Franchising LLC.

As CEO, Pete is dedicated to expanding access to lacrosse programs and fostering a positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and develop both athletically and personally. By leveraging his own experiences and passion for the game, Pete aims to facilitate meaningful connections and lifelong memories for as many children as possible.

Prior to Scoops, Pete co-founded Mosaic Research Management where he remains as Chief Operating Officer. Pete received his BA from Trinity College (CT) and MBA from Northeastern University.
